Stuart Rosenthal is the President of Prestige Capital. With more than 30 years in the commercial finance industry, Stuart is responsible for leading and developing the marketing and sales origination efforts of Prestige Capital. Before joining Prestige Capital, he served as Vice President and Sales Manager for CIT Credit Finance. Stuart began his career with Arthur Anderson. He is a board member of the International Factoring Association, founding board member of the International Factoring Association’s Northeast Chapter and a former board member of the Turnaround Management Association’s New Jersey Chapter. Stuart is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association, Garden State Credit Association and Commercial Finance League, in addition to several other industry associations. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Binghamton University.

Alan Eliasof, CPA, is Chief Executive Officer of Prestige Capital. Alan is responsible for the finance, operations and credit functions of Prestige Capital. Before joining the company, he held senior executive finance and accounting positions with private companies and public accounting firms. Alan is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
Rachel Hersh is the Sales Director, North America for Prestige Capital. She has over 20 years of experience as a financial executive in the areas of commercial finance, factoring and business development. Rachel has a successful track record of working with hundreds of companies, from start-ups to high-growth companies to turnarounds, to increase their working capital and growth capital as well as provide debtor-in-possession financing needs. She helps clients to understand available financing options and how to best leverage their assets to gain liquidity for their businesses. Rachel has an extensive network of capital providers to draw upon, from private equity firms to equipment finance providers to inventory lenders, to help clients realize their optimal capital structure and grow their businesses. She is an active member of the Commercial Finance Association, International Factoring Association and Turnaround Management Association. Rachel was selected as a Woman in Commercial Finance for The Secured Lender, Women in Commercial Finance issue by the Commercial Finance Association and recognized as a Top Woman in Business on Long Island by Long Island Press. She was also interviewed on 77 WABC Radio’s “Mind Your Business” with Yitzchok Saftlas where she discussed how to access capital for your business utilizing accounts receivable financing. In addition, Rachel has authored numerous articles and is a regular speaker and panelist discussing factoring for early stage and mid-size companies. Some of her speaking engagements include the Daymond John Academy, LaunchPad Long Island, FoodTech FastTrack, New York New Jersey Minority Supplier Development, and various accounting firms for continuing professional education credits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brooklyn College.

Larry Artman is the Sales Director, Southeast at Prestige Capital. He has more than 35 years of experience in the financial services sector having served in a senior capacity in both portfolio and new business positions. Larry will oversee the growth of Prestige Capital in the Southeast region, specifically Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and North and South Carolina. Based out of Atlanta, GA, Larry is a member of the Commercial Finance Association, Turnaround Management Association, and Risk Management Association in Atlanta, Florida, and Charlotte. As part of his day-to-day duties spanning many years, he has given numerous presentations for commercial banking groups, equity sponsors and CPAs. Before joining Prestige Capital, Larry was the Senior Vice President of Client Development at Celtic Capital Corporation. While there his responsibilities were to source, underwrite, negotiate and close asset-based lending transactions in the Southeastern US. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Queens College.
Stacey Huddleston is the Sales Director, Midwest at Prestige Capital. He has almost two decades worth of experience in the financial services sector specifically in the Commercial & Industrial and asset based lending spheres. Stacey’s role is to oversee the growth of Prestige Capital in the Midwest region, specifically Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas. Based out of Kansas City, Missouri, Stacey is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) and has supported several nonprofit events including Bunker Labs KC, a national network of veteran entrepreneurs dedicated to helping new veteran entrepreneurs start their own businesses. He also speaks frequently to banking, business professionals, and high school students on various financial topics. Before joining Prestige Capital, Stacey was the Senior Finance Relationship Manager at C2FO, a global Fintech company. While there his responsibilities were to provide asset based lending solutions to support cash flow needs to growing B2B companies throughout the U.S. Stacey is a U.S. Army veteran and a graduate from the Illinois State University and Baker University, where he earned his MBA.
